In 1993, the NEW YORK TIMES ran the headline "Plan to Close Plant Stuns City". Since then the city was stunned again to learn of an entrance on the property to a bizarre underground civilization known as NECROPOLIS: THE CITY OF PERPETUAL DARKNESS.
